However, the Administrator does not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.

- The Administrator keeps the User's personal information to enable their continued use of the website, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required (or permitted) by law.
- Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, the Administrator does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 16 years of age. If the Administrator learns that personal information of persons under 16 has been collected on the website, the Administrator will take appropriate steps to immediately delete this information.

California Privacy Rights
California law permits Users who are California residents to request and obtain from Administrator once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (as defined by applicable California law) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information, disclosed to those parties. Administrator does not currently disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

3.Administrator’s business purposes for which we collect the User’s personal information:

5.Administrator’s warranties and guarantees
The Administrator shall:

- Not retain, use, or disclose personal information outside of the direct business relationship between the User and us unless and to the extent that such disclosure is made to affiliated legal entities and/or subcontractors for business purposes.
- Not collect, use, retain, disclose, or otherwise make personal information available or process personal information (or allow any third party to process or access personal information) for the Administrator’s own business purposes or in a way that does not comply with the CCPA.
- Not sell or provide personal information to third parties in exchange for any valuable benefits.
- Limit personal information collection, use, retention, processing, and disclosure (including through its service providers, suppliers, contractors, or subcontractors) to activities reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the business purposes.
- Not engage in any activity that may be considered a sale of personal information pursuant to the CCPA.
Any collected information about a certain person couldn’t be totally liable to be considered it may be used for full identification purposes.
6.User of Administrator’s Web-site, Services has the following rights under the CCPA:
- The right to know which personal information is being collected.
- The right to know if personal data is being sold or shared, and to whom.
- The right to object to the sale of personal data.
- The right to access one's own personal information.
- The right to equal service and price, even for consumers who exercise their privacy rights - (non-discrimination).
7.How the User can exercise their rights under the CCPA

Only you as a User or a person that is authorized by the User to act on their behalf may make verifiable consumer requests related to the User’s personal information. If you are a parent or legal representative of a child, you also can make verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
The User has a right to make verifiable consumer requests related to his/her rights under the CCPA twice during a 12-month period. Along with them, the User should provide sufficient information to ensure us and reasonably verify that his/her request and all collected personal information are truly related to his/her person. Also, a user request should be written clearly and accurately so that we can understand it and respond to it properly.
The Administrator shall have 45 days to respond to the user request from the receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended if it is reasonably necessary and we will inform you about it.
